If you decide to cancel the project during this phase, you may be eligible for a partial refund. The amount refunded will be proportional to the work completed at the time of cancellation.
3. Post-Completion: After the final website has been delivered, we offer a 14-day review period. During this time, if there are any performance issues directly attributable to our services, we will endeavor to resolve them at no additional cost. If we’re unable to satisfactorily resolve these issues, you may be eligible for a partial refund based on the severity and impact of the issues encountered.
