Cancellation Policy

Plans change — we get it. This policy explains how to reschedule a call and how cancellations and refunds work for projects.

01Overview

This Cancellation Policy explains how to reschedule or cancel a consultation call, and how cancellations, pauses, and refunds are handled for projects with Tellpull LLC (“Tellpull,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

This policy works alongside our Terms of Service and any signed Project Agreement. Where a Project Agreement states different terms, the Project Agreement controls for that engagement.

02Consultation & Discovery Calls

Discovery calls booked through our website are free and carry no obligation. If you need to change your booking, you may reschedule or cancel using the link in your booking confirmation email.

We kindly ask that you reschedule or cancel at least a few hours in advance so the time can be offered to someone else. If you miss a call without notice, you are welcome to book a new time.

03Project Cancellation by the Client

You may cancel a project at any time by providing written notice. Upon cancellation, you agree to pay for all work completed and any non-recoverable expenses incurred up to the date we receive your notice.

Any deposit paid covers the discovery, planning, and initial work reserved for your project and is non-refundable once work has begun.

04Project Cancellation by Tellpull

We may cancel or suspend a project if payments are significantly overdue, if required materials or approvals are not provided within a reasonable time, or if continuing would breach our Terms of Service or applicable law.

If we cancel a project for reasons unrelated to your conduct, we will invoice only for work completed up to the cancellation date.

05Refunds

Refunds, where applicable, are limited to amounts paid for work that has not yet been started. Completed work, delivered milestones, deposits, and third-party costs already incurred on your behalf are non-refundable.

Approved refunds are issued using the original payment method within a reasonable processing period.

06Deposits

Deposits reserve a place in our schedule and fund the early stages of your project. Deposits are non-refundable once a project has been confirmed, except where required by law or agreed in writing.

07Pausing a Project

If you need to pause a project, please let us know in writing. We will do our best to accommodate reasonable pauses; however, extended pauses may affect timelines and pricing, and resuming work is subject to our availability at that time.

A project that remains inactive for an extended period without communication may be treated as cancelled in line with this policy.
